The Annual State Conference offers exhibitors excellent opportunities to reach a highly targeted group of professional Structural Engineers, in a relax and convivial settings. A golf tournament, icebreaker social and a variety of other activities give exhibitors and conference attendees ample opportunity to meet and talk.

Ample exhibit space is available for exhibitors to display their products and services. The exhibit package includes:

• Two conference registrations per booth
• Draped and skirted 8-foot table
• Two chairs
• Waste basket
• Web site listing with a hyperlink from the time of registration until after the conference.
• Recognition in conference material .
• To allow exhibitors greater flexibility and room for pop-up exhibits and other display material, this year’s exhibit space will not be piped and draped.

Exhibit spaces are $900. Register online. Optional electricity is available for a small additional fee.

Booths will be numbered as shown on the chart above
Set up - From 8:00 am Thursday October 21
Tear down - Booths must be removed by 2:00 pm Saturday, October 23.
