The Annual State Conference offers exhibitors excellent opportunities to reach a highly targeted group of professional Structural Engineers, in a relax and convivial settings. A golf tournament, icebreaker social and a variety of other activities give exhibitors and conference attendees ample opportunity to meet and talk.

Ample exhibit space is available for exhibitors to display their products and services. The exhibit package includes:

• Two conference registrations per booth
• Booth size: Approximately 8-foot by 5-foot deep
• Draped and skirted 6-foot x 30 inch table
• Two chairs
• Waste basket
• Floor - carpeted
• Web site listing with a hyperlink from the time of registration until after the conference.
• Recognition in conference material .
• Electricity included
• Back drape for exhibitors placed back-to-back. No draping between booths due to room size

Set up: Thursday, October 27 -I:00 PM. Booths MUST BE set up by 4:00 PM. Teardown: 7:00 PM Friday, October 28
