The El Paso Chapter's members include practicing structural engineers, educators, associated professionals and students, in the El Paso and southern New Mexico region.

Although El Paso is located at the far west end of the state, members of the chapter frequently traveled to the Central Texas to attend other Chapter meetings. Members have served as officers of the State Corporation, participate at the state level, and are proud to contribute to the advancement of the Structural Engineers Association of Texas.
